Since the events of the pilot, Billy and Frank have become college roommates, and things are going about as well as you’d expect. Frank’s come down with a bad case of THE WORST STD ON THE PLANET, and the clock is ticking as he tries to get rid of it before IT gets rid of HIM. Meanwhile, all Billy wants is to meet a nice girl and settle down – and Frank’s got a sure-fire plan to make that happen! (spoiler alert: it involves mind control)
