The ancient practice of Ättestupa is a part of Viking lore. Throwing the elderly off a cliff every winter was as indelible a part of Viking culture as getting loaded on mead and sacking Saxony.

But what happens when the old aren’t ready to join their ancestors in Valhalla? What if they don’t want to fall to their death? Most importantly, what if they’re still capable of kicking your ass?

After throwing Magnus off a cliff, Bjorn and Erik are shocked to learn the old man still has life in him. And now he’s taking revenge on the whole village.
